Hawkins Consciousness Levels and Spiritual Vibration Test
A symbolic reading of how you respond to ego, fear, attachment, power, forgiveness and service.
What this dimension explores
Applied Consciousness Level looks at recurring responses under pressure, not a spiritual identity. It covers seven doors: ego and humility, attachment and detachment, fear and trust, forgiveness and boundaries, power and integrity, service without control, and unity with compassion.
Hawkins-inspired, not a calibration
The Hawkins scale is used as a symbolic map. This test does not objectively measure spiritual vibration, enlightenment or whether someone is an ascended master.
Scientific basis of the Hawkins model
David R. Hawkins’ map of consciousness has no scientific support: it comes from his book Power vs. Force (1995) and relies on an applied-kinesiology method (muscle testing) whose validity has not been shown in controlled studies. His scale is not a measurement instrument and its numerical levels cannot be verified. That limitation belongs to the model, not to this questionnaire: here its levels are used only as symbolic language for reflecting on how you respond under pressure.
The seven doors, one by one
The reading is organised around seven common pressure situations. In each one it does not assess how “spiritual” you are, but which response comes first when something shakes you:
- Ego and humility: how you react to criticism, your own mistakes or praise.
- Attachment and detachment: what you do when something or someone you value moves away or changes.
- Fear and trust: how you decide when there is uncertainty and something at stake.
- Forgiveness and boundaries: whether you can let go of a grievance without ceasing to protect yourself.
- Power and integrity: what you do with influence or advantage when nobody is watching.
- Service without control: whether you help without needing thanks or something in return.
- Unity with compassion: how you treat people who think, feel or live very differently from you.
How to answer and how to read the result
The questions are concrete situations with several possible responses, none of them “right”. It helps to answer with what you usually do, not what you would like to do. The result is read as a tendency: in which doors your habitual response is more reactive and in which it is calmer. The same person can respond very differently depending on context, tiredness or life stage, so the result describes a moment, not an identity.
What this reading is not
It is not a measurement of your “vibration”, it does not place anyone in a spiritual rank and it is not for comparing people. Nor is it a psychological assessment or a substitute for a professional. If something that comes up causes you intense or persistent distress, talking to a psychologist is a more useful step than any test.
How to use the result in practice
Pick a single door, the one that stands out most, and observe it for two weeks: each evening note one situation where it appeared and what you did. You do not need to change anything at first; seeing the pattern already shifts the response. You can then cross it with other layers of yourself: your attachment style, your defences or your nervous system often explain why a particular door is harder for you.
How it fits into the PRO report
In the PRO report this annex is crossed with the other dimensions to point out matches and contrasts: for example, whether a reactive response in “attachment and detachment” repeats in your attachment pattern or in how you regulate under stress. It is a complementary symbolic layer, not the centre of the report.
Frequently asked questions
Does this test measure my real vibration?
No. It is a symbolic introspection tool based on situational responses.
Is it based on Hawkins?
It carefully draws on his language of consciousness levels, without presenting its results as an objective measurement.
Does it tell me I'm an ascended master?
No. That ideal is treated as a symbolic horizon of humility, integrity, compassion and service.
Why use a model without scientific support?
Because the language of levels offers a simple frame for reflecting on ego, fear, forgiveness or service. We use it as a metaphor, not a measure, and say so explicitly on the page and in the report.
Can I do it if I am not spiritual?
Yes. The situations are everyday ones (criticism, loss, conflict, helping) and can be read in a purely psychological or ethical way, with no spiritual belief.
Does it replace therapy or spiritual guidance?
No. It is a brief reflection tool. For persistent suffering, complicated grief or important decisions, turn to a professional or someone you trust.
